How do I begin?
This whole process can feel pretty daunting. It takes a lot of courage and strength to reach out for help, especially to a stranger.
I think the best way to find out if I feel like the person that can help you is to get in touch with me. I am happy to speak with you over the phone to see if we might feel like a good match. Following this initial phone conversation, we would set up an appointment. The first few sessions are a chance for you to get a sense of what therapy with me might feel like and for me to better understand what it is that you are wanting help with. After this initial consultation, we would decide if we wanted to continue and if so, what frequency was appropriate.
